Manish Enterprises operates primarily as a wholesale supplier of bulk agricultural crops. All price listings or verbal/written quotations are issued on an Ex-Warehouse (Neemuch) basis unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. Prices for raw agricultural goods are subject to standard market fluctuations and are valid only for the period specified in the official quote.
We take pride in delivering premium quality organic herbs. However, since agricultural crops are harvested naturally, minor variances in color, sizing, moisture content, and aroma can occur. Buyers are welcome to request product specifications, analysis certificates, and physical batches for verification prior to securing contract orders.
All purchase orders must be backed by a written invoice. Payments must be deposited through official company bank accounts via RTGS, NEFT, or standard trade letters of credit as agreed upon in the transaction terms. Invoices are subject to mandatory GST (Goods and Services Tax) levies under Indian regulations.
While we coordinate with reliable nationwide third-party freight carriers to guarantee timely delivery, Manish Enterprises is not liable for delayed shipping intervals caused by carrier blockages, extreme weather events, or road blockages. All risk of loss transfers to the buyer once freight carriers pick up consignments from our Neemuch warehouses.
The graphics, logos, and custom multimedia (including our custom Apple-style scrolling logo animation code) showcased on this website are protected under brand copyright laws. Reproducing website contents or graphics without written permission from Mr. Manish Bansal is prohibited.
